These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shift Fuel iOS app published by Monarch Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Shift Fuel on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.

What the app does

Shift Fuel provides meal-timing windows and related guidance for rotating and night shift schedules. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Free features and Shift Fuel Pro

Core timing features may be used without payment. Optional paid upgrades ("Shift Fuel Pro") unlock additional features such as the full week planner, local reminders, Home Screen widget, and Live Activity. Feature availability may change over time.

Subscriptions and lifetime unlock

Auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly) are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or via your Apple ID account page.
Lifetime Pro (when offered) is a one-time non-consumable App Store purchase and does not auto-renew.
Prices shown in the app are in your local currency as displayed by Apple.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law. You are responsible for how you use meal-timing suggestions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monarch Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
